Welcome! The Salem Basketball Officials Association (SBOA) was founded in 1946 by 15 officials who refereed nearly 300 games that year.  Today, the SBOA has grown to 10 times that number while officiating over 4,000 games in the Salem, OR area.  Thanks to a love of the game and the spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie, the members of the SBOA apply the principles and guidelines of the National Federation's Mission Statement with each game we work, at all levels we serve.

* November 14 - Mandatory SBOA Rules Clinic - All Officials - 6pm-9pm

* November 28 - Rookie & All Officials Training Session - Rookies 6pm - All Officials 7pm
* December 12 - Rookie & All Officials Training Session - Rookies 6pm - All Officials 7pm
* January 2 - Rookie & All Officials Training Session - Rookies 6pm - All Officials 7pm
* January 18 - Rookie & All Officials Training Session - Rookies 6pm - All Officials 7pm
* February 13 - Rookie & All Officials Training Session - Rookies 6pm - All Officials 7pm

OSAA Education Hours Earned:
* Regular training session - 2 hours credit
* Rules clinic on November 14 - 3 hours credit
